The whole experience was just perfect, no complaints whatsoever, 100% recommend. The hotel was well-maintained and gorgeous and overlooked garden. Magnificent and perfect location on top of the cliff above made it easy to get to key attractions. Also, this property was situated 4 km from tourist destination like a sand beach. The folks were extremely helpful and excellent friendly. The breakfast was freshly prepared and superb, a good choice of good food.

The location was stunning on top of the cliff above. We concluded the day with a sightseeing a sized zoo just a short stroll away from the hotel. The room was reasonably large, with an incredible view of the sea. There were a small balcony and coffee provided.

The rooms were tidy and cosy with balcony as well as good selection of toiletries as described. The cost was £ 122. The location was best possible on the coastline, a short walk from Lusty Glaze Beach. Besides, it was near to town centre, Newquay airport and the beach.

I had a really nice stay here and will be back. Exceptional views, the breakfast was freshly cooked and great with cereals and fruit and real coffee. The staff was amazing friendly and flexible the entire time.

As for me, the location was best possible, close enough to sea, lovely beaches, and the communal areas. It also was on the coastline. One of the advantages - neat and airy rooms; they included a shower and a hairdryer.

We truly enjoyed everything, didn't feel like leaving, would definitely recommend. Beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious and atmosphere was cordial. Accommodating, welcoming staff. The standard family king room was kept spotless. Besides, it was close enough to Adventure Centre.
